why is this under Toronto Issues?

Because it's going to be at multiple sites, and because the plans are still somewhat conceptual, I suppose Issues seemed like the place for it. It's a gray area. It could also be in Buildings and Architecture, but I think a move to Projects and Construction will make the best sense, maybe once the money has been identified, or there's a shovel in the ground, or a bunch of Forumers are screaming for a move.

Word on the street is that Hazel is lining up Aerosmith and the Rolling Stones to work alternating shifts right behind this new Toronto (?). They're gonna sing the new song she wrote- 'You're Somewhere Now'

i think it sounds like an interesting idea. the location near the airport reminds me a little of the light beacons at LAX... could be pretty cool.

although, i wonder if they would cause falling /flying ice problems in the winter?

So what ever happened to this plan? Guessing canceled? I cant find anything on it.
