Was in Humber Bay a few nights ago and there was this wicked sunset giving a backdrop to Sauga's skyline. Looks so much warmer than today's iciness.

Eau de Soleil is going to be huge impact for the Humber Bay skyline. You can already begin to see how massive it is in those photos.
 
Your TorontoStar picture reminded me that there was one I really liked from a few weeks back of a GO train overtop DVP. Here's the article/image by Tony Bock, but wanted to edit my own style in. And selective colour the green. Not so much a skyline in a typical sense, but perhaps worthy of the thread.

And on another note, but a new skyline 'it' spot for the city I think is the general WDL-south Broadview area looking east from the Adelaide overpass. With fresh eyes it looks nothing like the typical city. One of these days I'll bring the bike up there and try to capture it.
