I wonder if it is really going to include a Marshalls? This would be the first in Canada.

Yes this will be one of the first Marshalls in Canada. Marshalls of course owns Winners / HomeSense etc... I would have preferred a TJMAXX but I guess that is too close to Winners in Canada.

The big box stores buildings are two stories. Most appear to have a different tennant on each level. Although it would be possible to have one big tennant take up 2 floors of those buildings (these are the buildings on the West side of the property, and the one on the Corner of St. Clair Avenue West and Weston Road). The other units are going to occupy the street level of the 3 level parkade. They will be made to look like 2 story buildings. See top rendering to see the different levels. In one image it shows a LOWES. I hope that doesnt turn into the NW corner building (currently showing no tennants), all we need in this area is another Home Improvement Warehouse.
