Any sign of 4436 peeking out for testing? Flexity Tracker hasn't seen it yet but they aren't infallible.

Once the Flexities are on 511 and 512 route fully, do you think the TTC should extend the 511 along Bathurst to St.Clair?

I believe in the past the reason for not doing so was that with the steep grades, during rain etc the ALRVs could get stuck, and thats what was run on the 511.

With the Flexities I believe that is no longer an issue.

That wasn't the problem. More people on that section of the 7 Bathurst bus are interested in getting to Bloor Street than the subway at St. Clair West Station.

I still don't think it's a great idea. Looping in both directions at Bathurst Station will jam up quickly with an all-Flexity fleet as well; the only way around that is have on-street boarding going southbound.

The well informed LilRedDave on CPTDB says 4437 is ready for pickup by CP. Much more of this and we'll start getting our hopes up.

Bryan Martyniuk took this photo of TTC 4437 this evening, Wednesday, May 24th, 2017, sitting outside the Bombardier plant gate around 8:00pm , waiting to be transferred to CP's "E" yard in downtown Thunder Bay by the CP local switcher. There it will be staged for furtherance to Toronto on CP Train 420. Bryan Martyniuk photo with permission.

That's only that it's trackable though. It hasn't indicated it is in testing yet.,

Though how it knows, I'm not sure.

If you track it directly - http://webservices.nextbus.com/service/publicXMLFeed?command=vehicleLocation&a=ttc&v=4436 you get:
vehicle id="4436" lat="43.661301" lon="-79.329353" secsSinceReport="14" predictable="false" heading="-4"

Which put's it heading north on Leslie at Eastern. Which I assume means it is testing.

I saw 4436 early this morning (6AMish) heading east at King and Church.
