even if Bombardier were to ship at the rate above, it seems reasonably clear to me that TTC does not have the ability to do much more than store them at Hillcrest because they are not in position to ramp up commissioning to that extent, and especially during the holidays when at least some vacation time will be taken.

As long as they are on TTC property, Then BBD has met delivery schedule

4455 could go into service Sat or Sunday and it is currently southbound on Bathurst St, leaving St Clair.

If 4457 is off loaded tomorrow, it could go into service either the 24 or 27, assuming TTC staff is taking time off if there are no problems. The rest will go into service in 2018

Thunder Bay must have gotten a fresh shipment of parts or something.

Cleaning off the factory floor for facility maintenance during christmas break.

These cars, like this time last year, may have minor work to be completed still and that will be performed at Bombardiers cost (same people who handle early warranty repairs and issues during testing) in the TTC garage. A couple may not go into service until the end of January.
