If It wasn't for the fact that I had to go to the washroom, wide a wake at 5 am, I wouldn't had check to computer to see how the uploading was going to the cloud and see 4515 leaving the yard. It turn into a 304am car sometime later after I posted the info.
It TTC keeps to 10 days for cars going into service, 4516 may enter service Dec 24 follow by 4517 on Dec 29. 4572 could see service Dec 27, but not tracking yet and most likely enter service in Jan 2019.
With two cars coming from Kingston, 4519 was the last car from Thunder Bay that's needed to get 64 cars in service in 2019 to make the target (which it looks like they are going to miss by a few days).Reminds me of sliding my term papers under the prof's office door after an all nighter - and hoping they slept in and didn't check their mailbox before the due date.

Surely 4520 and 4521 are the keener handing in the paper early. 4521 will be the 64th Thunder Bay car delivered in 2018. That only leaves 48 more cars from Thunder Bay left to fulfill the contract.

Imagine my surprise when I got off the subway and boarded 4515 just now. Did not think it was so close to service. Still has the new streetcar smell to the upholstery.
Just wondering at when the pantograph only streetcars start to arrive.
When TTC starts ordering more cars with delivery in 2020('s). All 204 cars coming with both options. As to what BBD will do to fulfill payment to TTC by the way of cars, Could come like today or pans only, depending when BBD will delivery the extra cars. The Toronto Transportation Commission was created in 1920, and took over streetcar operations in Toronto in 1921. They ordered 575 Peter Witt streetcars from 1921 to 1923 and operated them until 1965.
The TTC entered its first PCC streetcar into service by 1938. It ordered 540 new PCC streetcars and bought 225 used streetcars by 1957.
Starting by 1982 and until 1989, the TTC had ordered 196 CLRVs and 53 ALRVs. They are planning to retire them by 2021.
The Flexity Outlook streetcars were ordered by 2009, but only started to get into service by 2014. It is hoped that the 204 order will be completed by end of 2019. We'll see if the optional order for 60 additional will happen or not. Just wondering at when the pantograph only streetcars start to arrive.
Maybe the TTC is using the Julian calendar instead of the Gregorian calendar. Today's date, 2018/12/22, would be December 9, 2018 on the Julian calendar.
