What did the old islands look like? Were they also lit?
No temporary lights. No permanent lights. The permanent installation is missing the yellow/black striped hazard signs, possibly electrical connections, etc. The city has created this very dangerous situation by not keeping the temporary lighting in place.
Wow, the city spent all that money, don't put lighting, and now people crash and damage their cars, along with the barrier itself, which will now require repair. Good job.
