Because there will, apparently, not be one. What I'm more confused about is the fact that Richmond ends at York. How will they get past the diversion for Osgoode Station?

but not quite sure why one would want that.If you look at the document referred to above, page 22+ https://ttc-cdn.azureedge.net/-/med...adc2369&hash=56CCD2A8AEA8D4DF87FF083739A3DA9F it makes no mention of any changes on Richmond and really the only possible one would be a curve west to south on York but not quite sure why one would want that.

Victoria is an ongoing mess because there was some sort of conflict between Hydro and another utility and Hydro sued them for installing something where they shouldn't have. But, I saw on TOInview that the hydro work is now scheduled so that may be solved. However, Victoria will be partly blocked north of Queen due to Ontario Line construction so I doubt any track work will be done until after that's done. Certainly the southbound track will be blocked. And while we're at it, is there any plan to remove the plates welded onto the tracks on Victoria St, and return the Dundas Square to Shuter and Shuter to Queen blocks to service(able short turn usage)? Great fanfare on converting the overhead at Dundas Square and re-doing the special work there two or three years back only to have the Massey construction and and these plates get in the way. Now that the construction is winding down, what comes next?
Pigeons from Islington have relocated, and they are NOT happy!Today is a fun day at Warden Station. Anyone know what would have happened to close 8 out of 9 bus bays?
Maybe the concrete slab above the bus bays is about to collapse a la Islington.Today is a fun day at Warden Station. Anyone know what would have happened to close 8 out of 9 bus bays?
Speaking of, still no sign of any demolition at IslingtonMaybe the concrete slab above the bus bays is about to collapse a la Islington.
No real site plan in place for the new terminal or the development nor a tender for the terminal.Speaking of, still no sign of any demolition at Islington

The current terminal remains until the new one is ready.
Not going to happen as the buses are not on the roof slab an more. TTC did some reinforcement a number of years ago as well close down 2 bays before Mississauga left.Or until it collapses during rush hour killing people.
