Such a weird mishmash of a building (actually, I believe it's two). I wonder if it will still have weird flow issues like before these renos, or if they have lined up all the floors properly.

The current, dumbed-down cornice is awful. It drags the whole building down. Why isn't it being replaced with something more suitable? Seems like a big oversight to me.

That entrance under the projected glass box looks pretty pathetic too - and to clad the steel structure with that heavy, out of place precast. Yuck - what a waste. It doesn't feel all that superkul.
