Perhaps construction in the winter/early next year depending on how fast they progress through DP and then BP afterwards.

Area 4 isn't part of the Stadium Yards though, right? It's the Upper Vista Towers lot by Evertrust.

If these towers fully build out and once Rohit finishes constructing their apartment in Area 3, this already dense area will likely have the second highest population density after Oliver (and that is still without developing the last Muttart Lands parcel north of Muttart Crossing).

Its 600 units in 2 building. proposed as 2 phases in area 4. 30 story & 22 story
