No new towers starting. Those two will be the only ones moving into the skyline for the next while. If I had to take an educated guess, I would go with Gallery First & Tenth, just because they've evicted the tenants and supposedly it's sold out. Outside of that I have no idea.
Wasn’t there an announcement of WVT #3 starting ?

A few projects coming off the list as well as some new ones being added, but more coming off than were added this past quarter. Even though housing starts are up dramatically, the trend seems to be slowly shifting to larger apartment projects in greenfield areas or small rowhome, 4-6-8-plex developments in the inner city areas. Still a fair amount of large projects in the inner city, but definitely less concrete high-rises.

Sovereign probably will, and there’s also a chance of West Village Tower 3. After that, Calgary could hit a drought. Personally, I’m not too concerned because we have record housing starts overall. If they aren’t high-rise towers, no biggie.

You think with the amount of proposals out there, approved and in the process we would have a couple start up. Especially some of the Truman ones

I am guessing Truman's next one to start will be Imperia. Cidex has stated they plan to start WVT 3 this year. Although I wish there'd be some action on their Elbow River Hat project, they seem to be more focused on getting the 3rd WVT tower going and they also have an office conversion in the works.

It does seem like things are moving painfully slow, but when you think about it we've had a bunch of big multi projects finished in the past few years including four 40-45 storey towers.
