Q4 wrapped up. A great quarter for starts, with 1629 new units starting up, and 60% of those in the DT/Beltline. The core and inner city are alive and well, especially considering the list doesn't even keep track of all the smaller inner city projects less than 25 units.

That’s great to see!

Quick question, what is Belvedere Landing? I haven’t heard of this before. That’s a decent sized suburban development

Wowzers, so that works out to 2,240 starts in the inner city in the last 6 months. Pretty dang good!

Oh yeah and Palliser one is set to start pretty soon here eh? I believe that’s the largest of all the conversions thus far! I wouldn’t be shocked to see movement on the tower kitty corner to 526, the two at the old Sony Store, Brooklyn, West Village north, the two in Mission, and the two in Bridgeland (not the CNIB ones) over the next year. Can’t think of any others at/over 35 meters at the moment with a good chance of movement. But 8 - 10 towers plus a major conversion is pretty decent.

probably 17th and 4st and beltline block as well these 2 are my favorites

Oh right I forgot about Beltline Block, that’ll go ahead for sure.

I don’t think we’ll see 4th and 17th going ahead this year, but I would be stoked to be proven wrong.
