On the Building Edmonton website, it projects a September 2023 opening.

That's what I read too. I don't know why they chose to work south of the Whitemud first.

If the line's not open by November we should put some of those fold-down train wheels onto the busses, like they use with railway service trucks. Is it LRT? BRT? Who cares as long as it's in use!
