Hotel renos revealed.
One thing that I don't really like is that they are getting rid of the chamfered corner on the east side of the tower.
I think that the chamfers tie the towers together.
I don't mind the poduum losing them so much in the Harry Rosen corner, as they are already gone from the Nordstrom.

The cladding is desribed as metal panel and curtain wall.
So that probably eliminates a high end hotel chain like Ritz Carlton.

Podium reconfiguration.
There seem to be fewer meeting rooms after the reno.
The main ballroom is in exactly the same place - so fewer structural renos for that.
