Here are a couple of pics of the Charleson construction site. In the second pic the Charleson tower site is in the foreground while another separate tower (498 Drake) is going up in the far end of the pit.

The Charleson will not be approaching grade for a number of weeks or months yet. Maybe by early in the new year.

The Charleson tower and podium are starting to take shape. The tower itself is mostly triangular shaped as can be seen in this site plan. Of course, it is a view cone that cuts across the site and like with other towers downtown it determines the shape and profile of the tower. You can see the angle of the north facade developing in the fifth pic below.
