It's great to see one last Arthur Erickson project rising. He was one of Canada's best architects of all time.

Note the spandrel panels that flank the aluminum trim at the angle edge.
If there is a light feature in the metal trim, the spandrel could be there to block stray light entering the suites.
I doubt the spandrel would light up, could it?

As for the white door frames, there does look to be a white plastic wrap on them but the lowest door in this pic has the plastic removed and it's still aluminum colour (not dark). Click on YF's pic and right-click for the highest resolution.
