My pic yesterday just before the fog erased the top half of tower. If boarded-up window is 32 or 33 then they're working on 60 or 61, no, yes? It's a beauty nevertheless.

the hotel balcony glass is indeed higher than the residential ones. i'll take a pic as it moves up closer in view. i don't think the difference will be noticeable.
