Gosh when is any semblance of a plan on HFR routing etc going to ever come out? Government is slower than the speed of dark.
If you look at the previous page in this thread you can see that they did do some studies, they just never released them to the public.

"TVA News says that tomorrow's announcement will be a "call for proposals" (appel à propositions). Interested companies will have until May 31 to express interest and give their opinion on the best way to get a project adapted to the government's needs and objectives. They will have until next winter to qualify to bid on the project. The government is aiming for spring 2023 for the launch of the tendering process (appel d'offres)."
