But they aren’t awarding a contract they are asking for qualifications. How long does that process take ?Leaving what?
You generally do not tender something very far in advance as price escalation will leave you high and dry. A 30-60 day tender/RFI period, 30 day evaluation and award still provides time to mobilize and start construction for this season.
Which means how long exactly?Pre-qual usually expedites the tendering process.
Feb 23 this RFQ closes. Say a month or so to evaluate and short-list and then a 30 day tender or so, with an award and mobilization mid-May?
