Has anybody ever witnessed this guy with a red santa claus hat and no shirt on that runs around flexing and grunting?
Sounds nuts but someone told me he was a famous "personality" of the city.
Anybody know who this is and is he dangerous?

Tattoo: Zanta says he'll run for mayor next time. He doesn't have a party machine backing him, so publicity stunts and personal appearances on the streets are his way of raising his profile among the voting public.

i used to see him all the time when i used to do valet parking at sassafraz. he was always nice, just seemed a bit crazy. one day in the summer he was giving out t-shirts promoting his website

He can seem intimidating - if you let him. But I've heard no reports about anyone actually having problems with him. He adopts an "in-your-face" attitude, but he's harmless.
