Isn't Raglan/Vaughan Rd area perceived as low rent and crime ridden? I almost moved to that area, as I love the brownstones and 'nabe.

Isn't Raglan/Vaughan Rd area perceived as low rent and crime ridden? I almost moved to that area, as I love the brownstones and 'nabe.

While there are a handful of lower rent apartments in the immediate area, I would say the more 'sketchy' part is well off to the northwest around Vaughan and Oakwood.
 
There's still 'Beehive' stone logos in a few places on that building.. the registered trademark of the Patons yarn company that built it.

I miss Kensington Kitchen. I tried Tati a couple of weeks ago, but it was nothing special and a tad overpriced. Excellent cocktails, however.
