I thought it would be nice to have a poll for new buildings that come out. Most have already seen the renderings, but here a couple just in case.

It's great. I'd love it anywhere in the city, but it'll be eye poping in compared to everything else within a several kilometer radius. It kinda reminded me of Grosvenor's, God rest the Duke, outstanding mission proposal. It's not quite that good, but it's pretty darn good on it's own.

I like the paneling, the light dark contrast and the exposed white wall face most of all it's funky.

for its location, this is great. Even in a Mission or Kensington it would be great.
