Yeah, blame the 'uneducated' all you want for Trump*, but at least they're showing more imagination than the ossified big money structures of the established parties, who can't see past the Clinton and Bush families. Worst is the Democrats, who despite stumbling onto something new with Obama eight years ago, returned eagerly to shrink beneath Hillary's entitlement. If not for Bernie, a long shot Independent from outside the party, where was the least opposition to the idea that it is Hillary's turn (because glass ceilings or something)? It's like Hollywood, increasingly unwilling to invest in anything but established properties, brand names.
*and in the no longer impossible event that Trump is elected, a new dynasty, a new royal family. Ivanka 2024. Already as much a brand as the others, just from outside the political system. So no progress there. But at least in the moment now, he does offer some illusion of resistance to a remote insular establishment.
