Low turnout and anti-Wynne sentiment are the most likely reasons.
 
Also, at least as far as the west end of the riding goes, a touch of generic Chinese Conservative-ward swing, loosened up now in the absence of Liberal incumbency...
 
Wasn't the Tamil community's vote also split between the Liberal and NDP candidates?
