As contentious as all these additions have been for locals, it’s finally starting to look like a neighborhood that hosts the 2nd largest university in canada, west of Ontario.

As a student many years ago, I found the nice but suburban style neighbourhood right next to the university incongruous even then. With all the people going to the university, there is obviously a huge demand and need for housing, so some additional development nearby is a good thing IMO.

Honestly, it's one of the fastest projects i've witnessed and our team + contractors are absolutely killing it on site

Right! The 2 Metro 78 projects that haven’t even come out of the ground now coming up on almost a year of construction
