these guys are improving the city, creating jobs and revitalizing the downtown. if someone doesn't like the design, maybe they should do a project themselves!

This condo is pretty much complete. It's currently occupied by residents. IMO looks great!

There are a couple of details I could complain about, but that would be nitpicking because, yes, this looks pretty nice.

The green glass looks cheap. They should have used clear windows with sashes for the heritage facade. The integration of old and new seems unresolved and flawed--the facades seem to be competing with each other rather with all sorts of bold details rather than harmonizing.
