Not unlike Minto Midtown this project will certainly be a beacon on the horizon.

Yonge and Eglinton has Minto. Downtown has CN Tower and FCP. MCC has Absolute. Only one missing out is Scarborough City Centre.

You missed Etobicoke but all that's coming there is Parc Nuvo.

You are missing the point. Minto Midtown is visible from many places across the GTA. When you see it you know that's Yonge and Eglinton. Ellipse 1 & 2 may look cool at night but from afar they don't register. SCC and ECC both need at least one tall tower as place holders.

The first supermarket there was Miracle Food Mart
