I would say that "it doesn't meet the street well", but there appears to be no street to meet.

Does it "give back to the city"? I'm sure it gives something, but it's not clear what.

Harry Stinson's Connaught Tower will have the same effect on Hamilton, especially if it only gets half completed (which is very possible).

The shadow it's casting is killing the grass.
I'd love to see the plans for this building... artists drawings, floor plans, amenities, etc. The concept seems perfect for Las Vegas... imagin palm trees and the 7 revolving resturants on the top
