Woodbine Entertainment to Build Soccer Training Centre and Stadium at Racetrack Site

I would really like to see the Woodbine master plan. I really get the feeling that there isn't a plan that shows how disparate elements work together. There is a high risk of this turning into a suburban collection of buildings. What is the pedestrian experience going to be? A market on west side potentially, stadium in the northeast side, and station on the south west side. Plans for an LRT but no plan where it might go.
