I'm confused by the number of projects that are expected to fit into this block - Holt Renfrew tower, Cumberland Terrace towers, 1 Yorkville, 2 Bloor West. Are there precedents to developers co-operating on some joint vision for a block, perhaps hiring the same architectural or planning firm? Or does fitting it all together fall to the City Planners?
