The Related Group's Hyde Beach House project in Hollywood, Florida is going vertical this summer after breaking ground late last year. And just as construction launches skyward on that development, the prolific Related Group marked the closing of 100 percent of the units in the first Hyde-branded tower, Hyde Resort and Residences.
The recently completed Hyde Resort and Residences was designed by Debora Aguiar Arquitetos and features a premier eco-luxury spa, an oceanfront dining experience, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The Hyde Beach Club will be accessible by residents of both Hyde Resort and Residences and Hyde Beach House, which both push 40 storeys in height. The exclusive amenities package includes an oceanfront plunge pool and sundeck, direct access to the ocean, and a Japanese Robatayaki culinary concept from Rainer Becker.
Expected to wrap up construction in 2019, the Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates Architects-designed Hyde Beach House will include 77 condominiums and 265 resort-condominiums across its 2.4 acreage, 80 percent of which have already been sold. There's an additional range of amenities on tap here too, including an outdoor screening theatre, expansive pool deck, outdoor tennis court, indoor racquetball court, Intracoastal Aqua Club, and a rooftop club room.
