Thought some development in St. Albert were over 10 but no sub circle for Edm metro shows.

Ville Giroux I believe will be 16 and 20 stories off of Ray Gibbon. Last time I checked this was fenced off with equipment on site.

Was a quick pic while passing by but just wanted to capture a refresh for the Bristol Tower on Jasper and 121 street (Leston property). Looks fine in person. Similar colour scheme to Jasper Properties across the street.

Not sure where else to post this - Mandolin Books in the Highlands neighborhood is closing permanently at the end of September. New owners are kicking them out.

$130mil for a school? The average price is in the $450-550/sqft range... so taking the middle, that's a building of $260,000sqft.

Wonder if we'll finally see some movement here soon, it's been fenced like that for awhile BUT a development permit was issued June 20, 2024 for this site to construct a Residential building (35 dwellings of Multi-unit Housing).
