^ Judging by the pics that's Glenora Manor for anyone curious. Must have bought out all of the owners, as I believe it's a condo building

Fully completed - Jasper OnEleven. I think overall it looks good. A bit too much of the copper for me, but a huge improvement nonetheless.

Also, the trees (which appear to be doing fine) and flower beds are such an improvement over what this stretch of Jasper Ave looked like previously.
