The other perk The Switch provides is indoor guest parking. Visiting the new towers over in the University area or even Mercury, there was no guest parking. I'm not expecting The Parks will either.
I also heard Ewasiuk call the building “Shift” X 3.100 out of 285 units leased and an additional 37 storeys is what I heard
I also feel it will probably go well, but seems to me the most sensible thing for developers is to see how leasing goes for these projects being completed and recently completed, and then react accordingly.100 units leased already is a pretty good sign especially with how recent this is too. I’m guessing we’re going to see similar numbers from the other downtown residential developments like Falcon, Peak and probably the Parks too.
It just seems like such a nice vote of confidence in downtown that I’m curious if this changes plans for other developers in the area to either accelerate or even expand their proposals like Qualico did.
Also I love that students have been specifically mentioned in the video too. Students and amenities/services to students will be a major driving force for downtown if harnessed properly.
CTV added a correction to the bottom of the article.I also heard Ewasiuk call the building “Shift” X 3.
Just checked the website - it is showing 109 units leased / 258 = 42% leased. Leased 29 units since Dec 08th.....looking good!!!!How was the tour? Btw, I just checked their website and it is showing 32% leased up = 80 units off the market.....how accurate is that number...who knows....but it is still a solid number not as good as CTV's story claiming 100 units leased, but good nonetheless.
Qualico staff are too busy giving tours to interested parties rather than outsiders looking for some free Qualico swag....lolTour postponed until Jan![]()
Maybe I should go back to my Sony Ericsson as these iPhone cameras seem to elicit far more criticism. They saw the quality of Ian's recent photos here and quietly canceled their commitment.
