- Bill 13 (establishing a financial oversight committee) failed to pass, which he had proposed

No, despite her best efforts to create distractions - bringing up treatment centers, attacks of Federal leadership candidates, this scandal keeps popping up.
Its unfortunate that the Minister who seemed to have more integrity here has been the first to resign, but that also says something about this government, doesn't it?
