Pub, small shops, a nice little bakery and a meat msrket/deli, a coffee shop. Would be nice.
This already exists, but a local pub would be ideal. It's relatively close to SaveOn and the Italian Centre.Pub, small shops, a nice little bakery and a meat msrket/deli, a coffee shop. Would be nice.
I'll happily argue that it's second to Mercury Block and Cobalt.Miles ahead of other mid-rise product in Edmonton!
See Ian, here's another example to compare to your first love of "University City," in YYC!!! Muttart now has 8 buildings built with 2 more plots of land still left to go.....easily rivals what your buds are doing down south......lol....What an amazing transformation of the area. Now how about a nice pub for the area to hit pre/post EE.
I'll happily agree with you. The sad part is that among the product coming on stream in Edmonton, these two examples are a rarity amid an onslaught of sub-par product.I'll happily argue that it's second to Mercury Block and Cobalt.
Phase 3 is the laydown site. Rohit doesn't own the plot next to the "keep Edmonton weird" building, that site has been listed for sale for quite awhile: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/27867552/8490-106a-avenue-nw-edmonton-boyle-streetDoes anyone know where phase 3 will be located—the plot of land by the "keep edmonton weird" building, or the property by the lrt station that they're using as a lay down site?
I suppose it sort of depends on the definition of prime location, but I would agree there seems to be plenty of opportunity around in fairly good locations.Phase 3 is the laydown site. Given how much vacant land we have in the core, this description is hilarious: "RARE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY to BUILD 2 HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL CONDO TOWERS in a PRIME LOCATION in the CORE of EDMONTON". Nothing "rare" about that kind of opportunity.
Thank gosh, thanks for confirming. I'm so excited that some prime real estate right next to the LRT station (particularly one right by a stadium) is about to get such high quality mixed-use development!Phase 3 is the laydown site.
