It does look nice, I'm sure some folks on here heads will explode with it's lack of something or something....but to a layman - it looks fine

There we have it, “Phase 1 is 69 units…..”

So only 9 more UCP announcements for the next 9 phases…..one for every 69 units out of the 700 “planned” units.

So not every building is gonna be a smash down….looks like the north side will remain and only 8 new buildings are on the drawing board…..

So they went from row-homes in a park, to apartment buildings in a park. Why would they do that when Coronation Park is already directly south of the development? Please make it more urban.

I would love to see some of this green space be used as community gardens. The green space is so nice to have, but a lot of it goes unused. Coronation park is no exception.
