The fact that this is going to City Council and not just a contract posted on MERX means the transfer hasn't happened yet.
 
Funny that this contract is being signed now. I was just about to post the pics below and ask when and if these bents were going to be repaired.

The good thing about this, the chance of the province changing alignments and design appears to be slim. I was under this assumption with the upload that Doug would resort back to his option of replacing the Gardiner as is. With the Logan off ramps, etc. it appears that Doug is going ahead with the plan he was so set against 10 years ago.

To be fair, it took them what? more than a year? to change the name of Science Centre Station after announcing plans to move it. With this government, I wouldn't ascribe inactivity as anything with regards to Ford's OPC. Transparency isn't in their wheelhouse.
