Looks like with the Marriott's refresh came some new architectural lighting. Looks better in real live.
I'd like some lighting on top as well, but I imagine the NCC's lighting guidelines don't allow for that.

According to some on Ottawa/R seems like the new Merival imaging center is well under construction.
It certainly is. It was well underway when I drove by almost a month ago.

The upgraded hydro station on Riverdale/Main is progressing pretty rapidly. Looks like a giant bouncy castle!

mentioned at planning committee, Myers is planning on redeveloping 1200 Baseline over a long period of time, starting with the western most portion of the property. Apparently contemplating as many as 5 towers, but it was mentioned this would be over many decades.

it was only mentioned they were in discussions with Fotenn so likely still a long time in the future. EDIT: it was mentioned the application may show up as early as January
