Is anyone aware of any housing under construction on Merivale.I ask as city wide we have lots going on but don't hear much about Merivale.

1405 Baseline needs to be completed.

Is there any news on if this is even going to be completed? Last I heard about it was people speculating that if what's done is left exposed long enough, they'll just have to demolish the whole thing, and before that it was that they were supposed to finish work on it in the spring (?) of 2025 but clearly that didn't happen.
