6 floors I believe. But they seem to be going very slow. Maybe it is to accomodate the building of the ramp but they were at the second level of tiebacks about a month ago.

From the shadows, it appears that individuals who purchased units on the lower floors will hardly get any sunlight.

Strange, that could be said about many city core condo developments, Burano, Shangri-la, Trump, etc etc etc....too many downtown dwellers, thats the least of their problems and i believe not much of an issue.
