CBRE mentioned this year in one of their reports from late 2025. They've been always right so far.

Yes it was. I was on it a couple of years back and it is loooong. They may bring it back, but there is a lot of building on the north end.

I like it too. The Tetris design I hate is the terrible LED lighting on the WSP building on 109 and Jasper. 😬
