Completely agree. Didn't even notice the postmedia building until the 3rd most zoomed in photo

Wow mega disappointed. I think this entire site needs to be rethought. Unless unground renovations are implying a zone and flip, which may not be a bad thing based on this current design.

Yup! I really like these. Nothing extra special but they look good.

Huge win for Cambridge, and a much needed injection of life into the downtown core. I...

Let's just stop. We're all entitled to our own opinions and no one is obligated to defend their opinions if other people don't like them. Let's get back to this building, Here's my succinct opinion: waste of the waterfront

I know MZO's are somewhat controversial around here, but the use of MZO's to ensure density around major public transit sites and stations is a very good thing imo

Right but here's an idea for you. Why shift floorplates when you could just make a square box..? Right, see the genius all the sudden!?

I appreciate the humility. You also have far more information than I had but as this post points out many major Chinese real estate and development giants are horribly struggling. The biggest issue is I've heard the Chinese government only plans on bailing out investors within China, which means...

It's not that these are bad, they're just incredibly uninteresting and about as basic and bland as you can possibly get. That's a shame imo

Love the height and density, but that house has to be heritage. It is gorgeous and Canada has limited Victorian era structures in good condition. We're not an old country and I always am in favour of preserving what good quality history we do have.

I mean it's ok. For a box with wrapped balconies, I guess. It won't be out of place not that that's a compliment

I was getting at what penlasdle said in terms of LED versatility. You could create the same effect as present with the LEDs but also control brightness, colour etc. That said. I also agree this is a great project and it's more a nitpick than it is a complaint

These are high quality towers going up in Vaughn city center one what was formerly parking lots, big box stores and strip malls. Not sure how this is building over gated SFH.
