Any idea when they would start on the t-star building recladding?

a bit random, but why don't they build on the other side of the rail deck closer to city place where there are already tall buildings in place.

Does anyone know what is coming up at 1 Queens Quay East (North east corner of Yonge and Queens Quay). Looks like there is some work being done and the area is fenced off where the Sculpture Between the Eyes is.

Are we sure they decided to scrap the food hall concept and go with more of a food court plan like what we would find in a mall? I was under the impression it would look something like the rendering attached.
