Kevric sold off the whole Consilium complex, not sure to which developer

What strikes me is that CentreCourt is pushing for 55 storeys on this piece of land, while Pinnacle Etobicoke tried to go massive storey heights on their lands... and that turned down (https://urbantoronto.ca/news/2017/07/new-plans-reveal-massive-scope-9-tower-pinnacle-etobicoke.27706). No doubt...

What is the latest update on this development, I see many proposals coming in around STC yet no movement on this one.

The Well in Etobicoke?! Hope to see more retail frontage here, especially its proximity to Kipling Hub Station and potentially future BRT or a subway extension to Sherway Gardens.

CentreCourt has acquired the land of 5359 Dundas St West in Etobicoke, steps away from Kipling Hub station - with development of a new high-rise residential project. Not too sure if it will be condos or apartment rentals, my bet is apartment rentals to beat the housing shortages we face...

Has this project been approved?

massive construction on that block... and looks retails are going to be massive for that area as well.

what are chances on this project in getting approved to go ahead? considering Islington Terrace is at highest height now and this future building might break the record.

with Doug Ford current changes on projects proposals / approvals, this will go ahead. great designs tho.

i wonder what is gonna happen on other phases... does anyone one know? what's happening with the KIP district, they haven't started phase 2 sales.
