Does anyone know what has been announced for the final phase of this, running along Niagara? Since they've hit grade, surely they must have announced something, but I can't find it. I'd heard maybe a hotel, or just another phase of condos, but why not get sales going on that before the build begins?

With all the square footage of this development, the four stories added on to the Dominion building seems pretty unnecessary. Hope that one element disappears as this comes closer to happening. I wonder if this is a case of an architect pushing further than they know they'd get in order to...
