Staff recommendation report is headed to Toronto Community Council next week. Staff are recommending approval of the Zoning Amendment, and are securing 13 affordable units plus parkland for the WTRP.

Many of the additional units are on the additional occupiable storey, which was previously the MPH level. There's a repurposing of space going on here, although also some adjustments in the unit layout which is leading to an increase in the total number of units.
The below-grade PATH kind of connection was planned when the subway was proposed below-grade. With the Ontario Line now above grade, there's no reason to be underground.
The new site plan application for the residential building is not a T3 building, it is a Marlin Spring development. Hines is only developing the commercial office buildings, and those are the T3s.
Yep - that's the site. It encompasses the entire block and is right beside the GO Station and future LRT stop. Pretty prime location I'd say!

What an ugly monstrosity. So many blank walls with no windows, and mundan, bland cladding all around. It looks like a jail or 60s institutional building from certain angles. Brutal.
What a disappointment! Rumour had it that a McCafe was moving in which would have been a step up. I wish a nice restaurant was going into that gorgeous building, not some American fried chicken place.
