The unfortunate effect of decades of trying to keep all of Edmontons social issues in one out of sight out of mind corner of the city.
Not out of sight ... at least for those of us who are regularly downtown. The proximity to downtown means it spills over regularly but it was/is an attempt to ghettoize social issues and problems.

I heard every unit comes with 1 stab-proof Kevlar vest...

Joking a side, it's a nice looking building in an area with a good amount of amenities you can walk to. If I had to chose between a unit in this building vs in The Hat @ 5 Corners, with rent being asked for the same or close, I'd chose this one
Tbf, that area around Station Lands has gotten much better. With the Boyle Street building gone and the regular programming at the Fan Park (and general proximity to Ice District), this area is a lot livelier.

Someone has got to go to this thing and take pics of the Switch and get the details on the next highrise phase….

I took a tour with a friend who is looking. This building is very impressive. The views are less so although some were fine.
Location is reflected in the price point I think.
Fairly unique to this building was the indoor visitor parking that is available. When going to other buildings like Eleanor, One12 and a couple of others, there was no visitor parking at all.
