Some random Switch photos plus one of my favourite bear and one of my favourite parkade. Apologies in advance for a large post.
Looks awesome. Really hope this is a success! Might be a big enough project to “work” despite the challenges nearby. Some random Switch photos plus one of my favourite bear and one of my favourite parkade. What pricing were they offering for residential units?I took a tour with a friend who is looking. This building is very impressive. The views are less so although some were fine.
Location is reflected in the price point I think.
Fairly unique to this building was the indoor visitor parking that is available. When going to other buildings like Eleanor, One12 and a couple of others, there was no visitor parking at all.
The one bedrooms he was looking at were in the $1,400s, I believe. What pricing were they offering for residential units?
Oh, of that is still the pricing 6 months from now, I might FINALLY go back to actual Downtown! The one bedrooms he was looking at were in the $1,400s, I believe.
Might have been $1,500s. But definitely the lowest of the bunch, especially considering the amenities.
That pricing is pretty great. This area, while rough, is way less sketchy at night than it was a year ago. The increase in residents is going to improve the general safety of the area.A friend of mine looked at a unit and the one bedroom was $1340.
What turned him off was the areas general social decay.
