Would anyone have an aerial photo of the site?

With soo many unsold units, probably not.

Let’s hope he sells a couple of condos by September 2. Sales of the many upper end condos have not been touched. I believe they haven’t recorded a single sale dating back to late last year. This could explain why they are slow with construction.

An even bigger concern are all of the higher end (130 condos) unsold units. The top third of this building will sit empty and dark.

And also the lighting feature up top.......what’s going on there??????

I think it’s fantastic that this project has been moving along but I also can’t help but wonder what will become of this tower when a third of the units, all higher end, are still unsold. To be best of my recollection, there has been next to no sales of the units that remain in the past few...

It appears that they are clearly stalling the project a little. Does anyone know the percentage of units sold? Is it over 50%?

Some forum members think it’s quite acceptable that it has taken this long and yet it is still under construction. After all, we are not constructing the Taj Mahal. Great Gulf should stick to mid range buildings.

In a timely matter. I think every buyer should have a say in how fast a private company builds something. After all, it is their home they are building. A terrible example, but I wouldn’t be content waiting for a parcel to arrive from Vancouver six months later. But I hope you get the point...

This project started construction back in October of 2011 and its still not complete. IMO, that is unacceptable, and shows that the pace of construction on all projects are even slower than that of a snail.

At the end of the day, this entire complex is disappointing. Especially when you consider what could have been built here. These towers could have been built anywhere in the GTA.

Do we have a definitive answer as to how many floors the tower will contain? Rumoured around 62-64?
